2019 Bighorn Traveler Slide Switches

Our 2019 Bighorn has a single switch for both rear slides. There is a position on the panel for another switch. Is there a reason they put both slides on a single switch? Is it possible to put in another switch and separate the slides?

Guess your slides are hydraulic. Not as simple as just adding a switch. Have to add wiring from switch to hydraulic pump, add some electrical controlled hydraulic solenoid valves, redo hydraulic lines and more.

it's possible but like SLO said it will envolve another solenoid, replumbing hydraulic hoses & a switch with wiring

Don't even think about doing this. There may/should be a couple of valves near the pump that will allow you to independently operate the slides.
