2019 heartland 4270 with Dexter 7000 pound axle questions

Folks,

wasn’t sure where to post this but here goes. As title denotes 7k axle, I am ordering 2 hub assemblies from etrailer and wanted to see which backing plate and brake assembly to order to carry as spares. I use the hauler 2 to 3 times a month averaging 1000 mile round trip, I have 3 spares and 2 un mounted tires wanted to be prepared for failures just in case. I try to lube 4 times a year and have a tpms system with temp but if a bearing or hub goes south I am thinking I want to be able to replace everything on the spindle road side if needed. Thoughts and recommendations? Here’s the hubs I am ordering need to figure out the rest of the spindle:

3 spares and 2 unmounted tires? Wow! That's a lot of spares.

Not sure which brake assembly you need, but they come in left and right, so you'll need one of each.

Something to consider: a failure that damages the brake assembly and hub could also damage the spindle.
