2021 Cyclone with Solar Prep

I am curious what solar panels you would buy to hook up to the plug ins for solar panels on my Cyclone. Seems like the inverter will only power the refrigerator. So I may have to have a larger inverter also. if anyone knows the capabilities of the solar system that would be great and where to buy.

Check out Renogy or Zamp panel Since your inverter only powers the fridge, a 2,000W inverter might be a good upgrade. Amazon or Camping World usually have solid options and kits for easy setup.

You're right the inverter factory install is only for the residential fridge. The factory install solar is only a 100 or 200-watt panel, enough to help charge the battery.
First, decide what you want to operate while on battery, that will decide the size of the battery bank. This will help decide how big your solar will need to be to keep the batteries charged up.
Also, this will tell you how large of an inverter, or 2, you will want.
We went with a battery bank of 960AHs, 2 3000-watt inverters and 1600-watts of panels (8 200-watts panels). Plus, all the needed support equipment and wiring upgrades.
We had our system designed and installed by Solar Energy Systems in Nappanee, Ind.

I don't know where Firth is in the U.S., but if you could make it to the annual Quartzsite, Arizona RV get together in mid January, you can probably find vendors to fix you up right on the spot.

I saw 2 RV solar providers with ads in the official program, I bet there are a few more.

Most vendors at the Quartzsite show have special "Quartzsite" special deal prices.
