2021 with rusty indoor screws

I was so close to being a 2021 M32 Mallard. But so many of the screws in the bunk house were rusty. some door metals too. For a 2021 unit. this seems very strange. this is our first RV, and I didn't see any other red flags. But his is a red flag in and of itself. If there sews rust so easily, imagine other components? If there is this much moisture imagine the inside walls. Any ideas and feedback here? Would love t hear from experienced owners.

If you are using it in the winter/colder months, you need to open a vent and get the humidity down. You'll experience this in the summer in the more humid climates as well. Either way, you need ventilation.
