Recently bought and 303bh and took it out for the week. We could not get the electric side of the water heater to work. I have read about a second switch on the unit but mine does not have one. Any help would be appreciated.
Not all water heaters have a second switch located on the water heater.
If at some point in time the electric was turned on and there was no water in the water heater the heating element may have burned out.
Have you checked the breaker?

Thanks for your feedback Dave. Breaker is good and fuse it good. Just trying to run through some of the possibles before calling the dealer since they are located around 40 miles away
Obviously with the ac power off, you can test the heating element with a DVM. It should check at like 2 ohms, it looks like the ones for residential water heaters. With the AC on, you can check to see if the power is there at the element as well.
