We purchased this 2022 North Trail in August 2021 and the Drive BT200 audio system hasn't worked properly from day one. It worked occasionally on the lot and once again when we first got it home. On our first trip, it wouldn't turn on unless you switches the battery system off. As soon as you turned it off, you could not get it to turn back on again. Our dealer has now replaced it 3 times and still it doesn't work. Second unit sent to dealer wouldn't even power on. Third unit didn't have a left sound output from either zone. Fourth unit would turn on, but clock never changed time from where it was set. Fifth unit didn't power on again. We are still waiting for Heartland to figure out what exactly is going on with these units. As long as we don't want to listen to audio, the RV is ok.
