2nd dummy question of many to come......

Ok, this is a different set up from my other camper. This valve has three positions. Can someone explain please. My other unit you could run one tank at a time, both tanks, or turn them all off.

Or leave where it is set now and it will switch from tank to tank without you doing anything.

The lever points to the tank that the status indicator bubble, red/green, is referencing. Your picture shows green, or that propane is present in the referenced tank. Transfer from an empty tank to another is automatic given that both tank valves are open. Before you disconnect the empty tank flip the lever towards the supposedly full tank and you will now be monitoring the status of that tank. When you install the newly filled tank, simply open the valve...DO NOT flip the lever unless you want to use the propane in the just-filled tank.

I believe the lever tells you whether the tank it is pointing at has propane. As RoadJunkie said, as long as both tanks have open valves, the switch over is automatic.
