I have had a problem since day one with the living room slide on my 3500RL. I took it to the dealership more than one to get it fixed and they ended up telling me it is a design flaw and that Heartland will not do anything about it. Maybe somebody can give me some advise.
The problem is that the slide is 14' long and only has two rams, one in the center and one on the left hand side. There is nothing supporting it on the right hand side and when I bring the slide in it catches on that side and has to "spring" up. My concern is that one day it wont "spring".
Any ideas?
