4005 Speakers and Sound Bar

We've taken our new 2020 4005 out twice now and still haven't been able to figure out the speakers. The only system I can get to work is in the garage. I can work Zone A (outside) and Zone B (garage). However, the sound bar in the kitchen doesn't do anything. I've tried all the different audio options, but still no sound. I also see that it has 4 zones, but I don't see speakers anywhere else on the rig. Can someone give me some pointers please

Our sound bar didn't work after traveling and I found the plug came loose from the sound bar.

My sound bar turns on, but none of the output options give any sound - no matter how loud I turn them up.

Have you inspected the input to the sound bar and the output from the source?

Everything looked to be properly connected. I will double check again on our next trip.
