7 pin connector

I have 2 connectors In a 08 2500 HD Silverado. Bumper and box. The one on the bumper adds voltage to trailer house battery. The one in box runs everything fine except the aux/battery pin. Any ideas on why it dosen't? Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

check the connectors underneath the bed box one is just "T" ed to the other one, also check the connections on the back of the box 7 pin.

Thanks. I will pull box connector and look for issue there. Everything looked good at the T location.
