If all 4 of those settings are on the same switch, use Auto. Any of the other 3 positions would make the fan run 24/7.

I leave the fan on auto and adjust the thermostat set point to a low temp to force the A/C compressor and fan to run full out until the coach is cool. Then I'll bump the set point up a little.

I let the fan run all the time on hi. A/C works less with air moving all the time
