ABS Hitch Cover and Mor/ryde Pinbox

I received my Bighorn 2013 3670RL a couple weeks ago. I noticed my trailer does not have the ABS hitch cover, as specified in the "king of the mountain" package.

Is this standard option deleted when I ordered the MorRyde hitch?

Just wondering.

The ABS hitch cover does not fit the Mor/ryde pin box. It is molded to fit a standard pinbox only. Sorry.

That is OK. I figured as much, but was just double checking.

Note that some Mor/ryde users have bought the cover and used saws and Dremel tools to hack it to fit and they don't look bad. There are a few pictures of them on the forum. Something to consider if you're into doing some ABS cutting.

I know for certain that it will fit a 5th Airborne pinbox, with just a little trimming.

It wasn't a big step to modify the cover.



Just takes a little patients to cut the clearances.
