Adjustable bed won't hold.

Hello Heartland Toy Hauler Peeps...

I have a Torque 416 Love it. Be for I take it in for this concern I just want to see if this normal and or if not can I take care of it myself.
The adjustable bed in the main room won't hold if your lying down and you adjust it. Keeps falling flat. but if you adjust the bed be for you
lie down it will hold. Is this normal? Never notice this before.

Our “adjustable“ bed I believe is only adjustable in order to bring the bedroom slide to miss the dresser on the passenger side when rolling down the highway.

our landmark bed was doing this called heartland and they sent a new cyl. replaced myself. not hard to do
