ATF: Bighorn - Dealer parts order from Factory

I was wondering what is the typical length of time to wait for parts from the factory to arrive at my dealer. They ordered a cabinet replacement door - cracked, a Dyson vacuum crevice tool - missing from vacuum, and a rear hydrolic stabilizer jack mount - was welded on crooked. These were ordered back in late June. My dealer is ET Quality RV's in Yuba City California. Please advise.

Its not unheard of to hear that dealers never ordered parts.
I suggest that you call Heartland Customer Service and ask about the status of the parts.

If ordered in late June, something's wrong. As Dave said, the order may actually have never been placed. Heartland can tell you if and when an order was placed.

I would expect that once ordered, because none of these parts are in stock, it would take Heartland 2-3 weeks to get all the parts in their hands. Then another week or so to get to the dealer.

Call Heartland with your VIN. They can look up order date and date sent. Let everyone know what you find out.
