ATF: Bighorn - LCI wireless remote

When I picked up my new 2015 Bighorn 3260 EL, the dealer could only get the remote to work on the hydraulic slides, step light and landing gear. They referred me to Lippert to se why the Bedroom slide and awning didn't work. Lippert emailed the sync instructions but said I would need to contact Heartland to configure the fuses. Where can I find this special panel and how do I make the remaining features operate?

Here's a link to the Lippert Manuals. Some people have found the "brain" behind a panel in the cabinets near the control panel. There may be a small removable access panel that can be hard to spot unless you empty the cabinets.
If you can't find it, call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030. Have your VIN # ready.
