Remove main room TV for winter, maintenance, etc.
OK. I'm stumped.
Contacted selling dealer (ZERO HELP).
Read every post I could find regarding RV TV removal.
Contacted Heartland customer service, STILL can't figure out how to remove the TV. Heartland rep says "remove the pull off style above TV". I explain there is no such thing on my unit, but it does have a hole with a plastic cap on overhang (by door) shelf under TV and another hole evenly space behind the switch panel. Rep then tells me "use long T handle Allen wrench (didn't know size) from underneath to loosen set screws.
DeWalt ratcheting T handle set doesn't reach anything. Can't see anything.
VERY UNHAPPY. About to rip the thing off the wall and rebuilt myself, A replacement TV and PROPER wall mount would probably cost less than a mental breakdown.
Why on Earth would Heartland use such a difficult mounting system???
Any and all HELP will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Bob
