ATF: Cyclone - Sliding Glass Door

Just picked up my new 2017 Cyclone 3800. Love it. The sliding glass door is hard to slide rearward, it is also sagging to that side. I suspect that the spring/roller on the rear of the door is broken. The door doesn't seem to lift out, although I would have thought it would. How do I take out the door to inspect the roller? Where can I get a replacement part?

Solved it. Found adjustment screw.

You would have thought the delivering dealer would have caught that. I dealer adjusted a couple of doors on mine and they suck.

3 years ago my sliding door was not adjusted either. I caught this during the PDI. However it was still not correct when I brought the RV home. I adjusted it myself at that time. On the 3110 the kitchen slide blocked passage when closed so I flipped the door assembly and it is more accessible when towing. I posted the steps to do this with pictures.
