Atwood Water Heater (GC10a-4e)

Well, I finally did it, I drained the water heater without checking to see if the electric element was turned off. The one time I didn't check, well, anyway. Looking up the cost of a new element, not as bad as I had thought. Less than $30. However, I don't see anything on the front of the water heater that would allow me to gain access to replace it. Don't find anything on U-Tube that shows my particle water heater either, (Atwood GC10a-4e).
I am guessing that I will have to remove the unit and replace the element from the back. But before I tear into it, I would like to know for sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
