I just purchased a 2011 Heartland 21FBS and I can’t my Audio (radio CD player) to turn can someone help me out

First place to start looking is in the 12VDC fuse panel and make sure there is a fuse in place. Also check the fuses with a volt meter, sometimes eyeballing a blown fuse you can not tell if the fuse is good or not.

Previous owner may had pulled the fuse to keep from draining the battery

No lights are on in my 12Volt panel, all fuses are good. So going with that thought I would say that fuse is bad.

LEDs next to each fuse will illuminate if 1) there is a load on the circuit, meaning the device is ON, and 2) the fuse is blown or removed.

Some radios may have inline fuses near the radio.
