Awning Arm security piece Broke

We have an Edge M21 -2010 purchased used. When driving the other day the arm that is closest to the door was swinging freely from trailer. We were not traveling fast - under 30 mph having just left the campsite. We stopped and bungee cordered the arm to the trailer and have put over 1000 miles without problems of it coming loose, but now we are trying to figure out where to find a parts list to order the one or two metal parts needed to fix the 'latch'.

Any ideas on brand name etc? We have not opened the awaning up yet and will do so when we return home. Was hoping to get a jump on ordering the parts on line.

Any help is appreciated.

Probably the best thing is to call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030. Have your VIN # ready. They should be able to tell you the make/model of the awning. With that info, you can contact the awning manufacturer for the part(s) you need.

Parts on order from vendor and should be easy fix. Had I only looked at "home' page of Heartland website first, I would have seen the links to vendor website!
