Awning Issues

Hello, on my 2017 Heartland XLT i have the Solera Awning and we had a hail storm over the weekend. When we came back one of the arms was pushed in, and I had to extend it out and roll it back in. My question is now extending that side out, the arm sticks on the bottom, the awning is sagging, then after a while the arm pops out and it works fine. So I believe it is mis-aligned, so what do I need to do to repair it?

A good independent RV repair shop or better yet a mobile RV awning service can take care of it. Some higher end RV parks will have adds for mobile RV services including awnings. My sisters awning failed and two dealers told her she needed a new awning an hers could not be repaired. While camping, she saw a mobile RV awning service helping another camper. She asked him to take a look at hers when he was finished. He came by and looked at hers. Needs a new motor. Fixed it the next day.
