Awning Motor Replacement

I own a 2009 Bighorn 3055RL fifth wheel and the awning motor froze up. I removed the motor and cannot find a part number for the motor anywhere. Nor is there a tag on the awning to describe the manufacture. Please help me with the information so that I can order the correct one.

I called customer service when I had to replace one on my 2011 Bighorn.

You have to figure out what awning you have, should be a tag on the roller, but of course is you cant get the awning out, you can't read the tag. Should be a 9100 or 9200 if it's a Dometic. Google is your friend.

I called customer service, and they said parts are no longer available for that year/model. I thought that it might be a 9100 but need to make sure before ordering. Dometic might have a replacement.

Same issue here. I called Customer Service at 877-262-8032 and have been on hold for over half an hour, never spoke with a human. Is there a different number I should call? Thank you!
