Awning sticking

When I put my awning out the front side sticks in the tracks. I have to manually help it out all the way. It seems like the little
rubber rollers are not rolling. Is there a simple solution or do I have to replace the rollers? Thanks.

Different than my awning, but have you tried lubricating the rollers and all movable points?
