No. I am pretty sure they did away with the wind sensor a long time ago. Didn't work when it got windy and worked when it wanted to be a nuisance.
Are you talking 2014 models?
However, they may have re introduced them.
Give Heartland a call to get the latest information.

The Carefree awning Heartland installs is somewhat windproof. I had one on my Jayco Travel Trailer and had left the awning out when a afternoon thunderstorm passed over with winds gusting 50+ MPH. The Carefree awing has pins on the arms that keep it in the tracks, in the high winds these popped out allowing the awing to break loose and simply blow up onto the roof of the trailer. When the storm had passed I was able to pull the awing back down and pop the arms back into the tracks with no damage.
