Motor clicks once but won’t open . How do I get the dometic 9100 to open. I have new motor to install but need to open two revolutions to install cotter pin in opposite end to keep spring from un coiling

Can’t answer your question, your awning should have a two year warranty. Mine did and I got a mobile tech to do the job, N/C to me.
