Week ago we took our unit back to the dealer for warranty work and to add slide toppers. Seems our troubles with the black tank valve came from a piece of plastic hung in the valve, and damaged the seals. The vent line to the bathroom gray tank was broken at the tank, hence the smell, and the overflow in the basement if it got to full. While they had the bottom off, they discovered a leak at the hot water heater, that they fixed. Slide toppers on and look good. Unfortunately they had to order the wiper seals for the slide (won't flip in and out) and a new cabinet door (it came apart), so looks like we'll have to go back again. Our dealer seems to be a little "disorganized" always in crisis mode to get things done, but at least they try.
