Back Bumper Question

I have a 2018 26BRLS Heartland and am looking at placing a vertical kayak rack on the back. Does anyone know if the back bumper is welded or bolted on? I see both both and welding around, but I am not a expert is this. Anyone have suggestions on way to haul 2 kayaks on a bumper pull?
