My batteries are dying after a full charge and only a few hours they are completely dead we are stuck at a campground in the middle of nowhere and I cannot get the slides and jacks up any ideas on what might be causing the drain on these batteries

Are you plugged into shore power? If you're boondocking, a residential refrigerator and a few other things will draw your batteries down in 24 hours or less, especially if it's hot. Or if it's cold and you're using the furnace, even faster.

Assuming shore power, are you having to charge the batteries from an external charger, or from the factory Power Converter while plugged into shore power? If external charging, and they run down quickly even though plugged into shore power, the Power Converter may have a problem, or its output is not getting to the batteries to keep them charged.

Some tests you can run while plugged into shore power, and the tow vehicle is not connected.
1. Check the battery level lights on the tank level monitor. Should see 4. If not, there's a Power Converter problem
2. If the tank level monitor shows 4 lights, the Power Converter is probably ok. Next check the auto-levelup control panel. Cycle it to read DC voltage. While on shore power, and not connected to the tow vehicle, it should read 13.2 or higher. If less, the output of the Power Converter isn't getting through to the batteries to charge them.

Let us know the details of your situation and the results of these tests.
