Battery size

My 10 year old OEM Group 24 battery is probably due for replacement. Unfortunately, the rig is 200 miles away so I can’t measure the battery box. Could someone please get me the dimensions of the standard box? I’m thinking of going to a Group 27 for a little more back up power time. We are normally on shore power, but have experienced storms that cut the power for hours.

The OEM box in both our ‘14 & ‘17 Bighorns accommodated Group 27 batteries with space to spare.
I had to buy new boxes when I changed to group 31s

John I don't have the dimensions, but I replaced the group 24 with a group 27 in to the factory box that came in our Cyclone with no issues. I can get you the actual dimensions in the morning if you want them tho.

Mine was a group 27 as well on my big horn. My original battery lasted only 5 years.
