Bed Room Vent is it Prewire both 110 for AC and 12 volt for Fan?

We will get our 2011 2800RL tomorrow afternoon, I have a Turbo Maxx fan to install. In my previous trailers I had to fish the 12 volt lines from the light on top of the bed. But it is my understanding the Sundance 2800RL and others have a prewire 12 Volt source at the Vent and also the 110 source at the vent, prewired from the factory, is this correct?
