Bedroom Air Conditioner Recommendations

In a week I am going to have my second knee replacement and our Big Country will not be used for a few months. During this down time, we are going to have our son install an air conditioner in the bedroom area. I want to go with a low profile unit and have been looking at the Dometic Penguin and the Coleman Mach 8. I am leaning toward the Mach 8 but wondered if anyone has installed either of these units lately and what your experiences have been.

I am sure they will both be louder than I would like, but I like the design on the Coleman. Any experiences or advice would be welcome....Thank you!

I installed a Penguin on my former Bighorn. Worked great. Yes it was a bit loud but did not use it at night. Installed wall thermostat which, in my opinion, works better than thermostat in unit.
