Bedroom slide issues.

We have an 2016 Torque 365 , the bed room slide is electric cable driven. The slide goes out perfectly fine but the issue is coming in… it’ll start to come in by its self then it’ll stop and start vibrating like it’s jammed. I can pull on the slide and help it get going and it’ll go for a bit then stop and do it over again. I’ve been told it could be low voltage but it does it even connected to shore power… any ideas what the issue maybe?
