I'm not sure what you mean by "can you go front to back". Can you explain a little further.

Below is an image of the floor plan. If by front to back, you mean, can you walk from the front to the back when the slides are in - I'd say no. This floor plan has an island. With the slides in, you can't get to the back of the coach. It does look like you can get to half the refer, the entire bathroom as well as the bed, but not the bedroom closet as the bed would be touching the dresser with the slide in.

I am just wondering if you can go all way from back to front inside when sides are closed.

Right. You can't walk to the back with the slides in on this and most RVs with a center island.

You can't get to the back, but the front half of the refrigerator is accessible as is the bathroom and, if you don't mind crawling over the bed, the bedroom. In the year we have had the 3160, we have been fine with this arrangement.
