I agree, we had a faucet come apart on our first trip and Kris bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied. If fact their entire staff seems to want to go the extra mile to help find a model that is just right, when we did our pre delivery inspection their guy went over absolutely everything. In my opinion a first class operation. We couldn't be happier with our choice.
