Is it possible to use the tow vehicle's spare tire on the camper?
They have the same number of lug nuts

Depends on what the TV is.

There's a lot more to it than the same number of lug nuts. Right off, the spacing of the lugs comes to mind as well as the size of the rim, the type and size of tire, etc.

The most important thing is the weight rating of the tire. It must be at lest the same or greater than the trailer tire it is replacing.

You will also need to take the wheel offset into consideration. Depending on the amount of offset it could impact clearance of the tire to suspension components or to the wheel wells and trim.
