Black Hills and Estes Park

Hello fellow Heartlanders. We will be in Hill City, SD at Rafter J Bar Ranch from July 3rd to July 10th. Then we will be in Estes Park, CO at Elk Meadow Lodge and RV Park from July 10th to July 16th. Any of you folks going to be those locations during these times?

We'll be further south at Echo Canyon Campground overlooking the Royal Gorge from Friday, July 1 thru Monday, July 4.

Have fun in SD and Estes . . . we did both (different campgrounds, though) a couple of years ago and enjoyed both places.

We left Rafters J's a few weeks ago; great park. Make sure you take the helicopter tour just down the road.
We will be in Glacier Park for the 4th

We're heading to the Rafter Thursday will be there till 7/9. Staying in the island area.

Anyone staying in Elk Meadow lodge/park should have something to put under their slide covers if equipped. It is very windy with the down draft and will keep you awake with the awnings flapping. Otherwise very nice place and a great place to stay.
