bottom brackets twisting frame on North trail slide

I cant get slide to go all the way out bottom stops about one inch from being tight Top is tight Stand out brackets or twisting on frame on bottom Have tried to adjust but afraid of damaging frame where brackets are bending its a bal accu system Have watched numerous vidos on you tube have downloaded service manual I pull on bottom cables and slide will move on bottom but not stay out Any help or ideas would be very much appreciated

looking down at it bottom left other side is bent in also
