Brand new RW305 black AND gray tank 1 will not drain...

First trip in our RW305 and at the dump station I pulled the levers for black and gray tank 1 and not a drop! Gray tank 2 drained find. Any suggestions? Am I missing something here?

Welcome to the forum!

If there is "stuff" in those tanks and not a drop came out with the handles pulled, it sounds like the valves are not opening or there is some other blockage.

Is your RV brand new? It sounds like the inner pull-cable inside the sheath between the pull handle and the actual gate valve hase become becomes disconnected at the valve. I've heard of it happening but it's pretty rare.

Thanks Jim, yes it is brand new. I will call dealer tomorrow. I figured as much but thought I would throw this up and see if there was something unique I was over looking.
