Buckshot: Overkill for the Home Defense Shotgun?

My Winchester 1200 has an 18" barrel and the stock replaced with a pistol grip. It's also not the only firearm I have at the ready.

The pistol grip Mossberg also has an 18" barrel, same as the aforementioned fancy Keltec. If I need more than 6 rounds, I'll just use it as a club. Trace

I know about the Mossberg. After looking at pictures, I searched for a pistol grip for my $100 Winchester (surplus PD weapon) and found one. Now all I need is a bayonet to fit on the barrel lugs.
