Building a class 3 hitch for the rear

I am building a class 3 hitch for the rear of my Cyclone...I plan on pulling a 25' cargo trailer.

No just kidding I am actually making it for a bike carrier.

Yeah I have a little enclosed cargo trailer (10'ish) I've been thinking about throwing behind mine for when we bring things home from our lot up north at seasons end.
Would save me an extra trip if I could haul them both. I want to your see details too.
