Bumper Delaminating

I wasent trying to combine the two together. I didnt want to seem that I was dragging out the bumper issues out forever. I just wanted to know in general if a part breaks on your camper and it is out of warrenty did Heartland cover the cost to fix it. If they did cover the cost to fix it are they still using that part or did they replace it with another supplier. It has nothing to do with the bumper. The bumper situation is done and over with. I was just using my issue as an example.

For all who can weigh in, here's Jason's questions:

1. Has anyone else been able to get anything fixed outside of the warranty?
2. If so was Heartland still using that product in the manufacturing of the campers?

Yes, with HL's help...Lippert replaced all the springs on their dime at almost a year out.

Yes, at this time HL is still using Lippert frames.
