After 10 years of owning Heartland Bighorn 5th wheels We regret leaving the club and learning so much from y’all. But our 2023 Bighorn 3215RL has been such a problem and every time we took it on a trip something major has gone wrong. From complete hydraulic failure, kitchen range not working right, refrigerator having to be replaced, power inverter GFCI tripping whenever off shore power to shower piping breaking while taking a shower. There are many more that all happened with in the one year of ownership. Heartland customer care has great at trying to keep us working and on the road. But, we have gone to another brand because we were always wondering what would break or fail on every trip out. hope you all have a very Merry Blessed Christmas.

Hope your new one treats you great. Heartlands quality have been failing constantly over the past number if years. They dont seem to care anymore.
Have a great Holiday Season.

I hear these stories about many brands. A friend who is a certified RV tech told me he had gone on a call for a brand new Brinkley- a $200k camper that had a picture window that took up the whole back of the camper fall out… seems to be luck of the draw.

Pretty sad to hear the QC is not getting better, but just the opposite. We were heartland people, had nothing but heartland brands our entire RV experience. I doubt we will be back either.

We have had our Road Warrior since 2017. After some issues, side wall crack, and some major upgrades done. We have the rig the way we want, so we are sticking with it.
