Considering New Bighorn 3215RL

Were considering purchase a new Heartland Bighorn 3215RL, we would appreciate any pros and cons from people who have a couple years experience with the company and model.
We have been RV'ers with 5th wheels and TT's for over decades, never a heartland.
How is the factory warranty? are they responsive to issues? good or bad wait times, like months vs weeks for repairs?

We purchased a new 2021 Bighorn 3120RK last September. I was a bit apprehensive given the time period of the build and the problems with personnel and product shortages. BTW, this is our third Heartland product. We have had some warranty issues but Heartland has been fantastic working with us. Our dealer was the bottleneck unfortunately but Heartland has been solid regarding warranty work.

We have owned our 2018 Road Warrior since October 2017. We have had 2 major warranty issues and Heartland did take care of our issues. One time Heartland paid for a mobile mechanic to come out, and the second time, heartland sent us to a shop in Gishen, Ind. for the work.

We are also looking at the 3215RL 5th Wheel. We have a 2017 Bighorn 37SS and want to get a little smaller unit. We are planning a trip to Texas to see a dealer there. When are you planning the purchase? We love the look of the 3215 and anxious to get. Into it. Will let you know how we like it.
