Cyc 4007 bedroom tv and slider mount

Hey everyone! Can anyone direct to where I might find a replacement for the sliding tv mount for the master bedroom? We bought our 2020 Cyc 4007 used, and looks like it was broken or faulty so they removed it and just repaired the holes. TIA!

Once you get the information from Heartland, part number, model, etc..., you should be able to find one online or places like Best Buy.
