cyclone 4200 dual pane windows

We ordered 4200 cyclone with dual pane windows. We received it in December. The windows are double paned except for the windows on the two entry doors and the patio door slider, my question is this standard when you order the dual pane window option? We also have the three season wall in the garage with clear panels, where can i find privacy panels?

I don't think entry doors are ever dual pane. The others I don't know. Call HL service, have your VIN# handy and ask them.

Thanks for the info, love the dual panes wish the doors would have them also, we will keep looking
