Dead batteries, need replaced. Help!

Hi again!

I have a 2014 Heartland Gateway 3650bh. My batteries need to be replaced however there are absolutely no stickers on them dictating what they are, size, anything and I know NOTHING about batteries. I know there are 2 of them. Can anyone point me in the right direction? How to determine what batteries I need to buy?

Measure them. Standard lead-acid batteries have common sizes. There's a chart here, note that the common sizes like Group 24 / 27 have some slight variances, there are links to the sub-charts:

Also if you bring one into any auto parts store they'll tell you right away what it is and hand you one that should look identical. Make sure you buy a "Deep Cycle" battery. If you don't have one nearby Walmart is usually a good source in an emergency for batteries, but they only carry very common sizes. (Then again you almost certainly have a common size, I'm on my 5th camper now and every single one was a standard deep cycle Group 24 or Group 27 battery.)

If they're very small, half the size of a car battery (compare to your car) they may be 6V golf cart batteries. I'm a newbie to Heartland RVs, I don't know if any of them come with those, so I don't want to guess. It's unlikely, I'm just mentioning it so you have the info.

Are you sure that its your batteries that need replacing? Maybe its the tripped circuit breaker.

Yes its the batteries. They haven't been replaced since it was built. These are the factory batteries. The unit was purchased March of 2014 by
Check out post #4 in THIS thread. Looks like they were made by Exide. But any Group 27 battery should fit.
Thank you so much for the information!!
