Hi veteran,
Before going too far in looking for a leaf, you might want to take a close look at the table mechanism. Our dining table only opens far enough for a single leaf.
If you think yours would let you insert another leaf, I'd recommend you call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030. Have your VIN # ready. You may be able to get the table manufacturer contact information, and table model information. Then you could contact the table manufacturer to see if they will sell you a leaf. You probably have to contact the table manufacturer because Heartland typically buys complete units and wouldn't even have a separate part number for an extension leaf.
