Dometic A/C unit isn't hardly blowing air and it isn't very cold

I have a 2019 Bighorn Traveler with 2 A/C units. One runs great and blow a polar vortex, the other A/C unit sounds like it works fine but doesn't really seem to be pumping air very hard at all.

First I'd ask - is it under warranty? If so get it in and looked after.

If not then I'd climb on top, open it up, and check for cleanliness (and don't forget the interior filters).

Beyond that I'd take it to someone who knows better than I do.

I’ve never heard of an RV air conditioner blowing a “polar vortex”, but I guess that’s good. It may be that one of your units is 13.5 K btu and the other is 15K btu. You, or repair tech, will need to remove the cover and assure the air ducting is clear. Also, put the air conditioning fan to “high”, not auto.
