Dometic RM1350 won’t run on ac power

Hey everyone I’m new on here and me and the wife have been living in our 2021 heartland torque For about a year now and recently while connected to shore power the fridge will still only run on lp while in auto. Any thoughts?? Thanks in advance!

Have you checked to make sure the outlet the fridge is connected to is getting power? Hopefully, it's something simple like the breaker tripped!

Having the same issue with 2021 Bighorn Traveler 39MB the dometic fuse blows and will only run on propane when in auto. Mobile tech has sent voltages to Heartland after replacing fuse 4x so far with no fix. Fuse will blow in a matter of days. Dometic suggested replacing heating element which did nothing and now want to replace control board.
