Dometic Thermostat

I have a Heartland Cyclone with a Dometic multi zone thermostat. When I bought the unit (new) 2 years ago, it showed 4 zones, despite having only one to control (the bedroom A/C is separately controlled). I'd have to make sure I had zone 1 selected, or nothing would happen. After being in storage with the batteries out (maybe not relevant?), the fan wouldn't come on, so I did a system reset. Now it only shows zones 3 and 4, and still nothing works.

Anybody have any ideas?
